    Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive a unique book code on the confirmation page and by email.

    Download the Little Love Books app, create an account (or log in), set up your baby's book and enter your unique code when prompted. If you miss this step, any locked feature will prompt you to enter your code later.

    There are no subscriptions, hidden fees or additional charges.

  • The only difference is the front cover.

    A Personalised Cover includes your baby's name printed on the front of the book.

    A Standard Cover features our standard design without personalisation.

    All internal pages and features are identical.

  • You'll choose your final book colour and internal theme when you're ready to print.

    There is no need to decide when you purchase.

    This gives you complete flexibility while you're creating your book.

  • No.

    Take as long as you like.

    Whether you complete your book over a few weeks or a few years, your memories will be there waiting for you.

  • Yes! The app allows multiple profiles, so you can create separate books for each of your children.

  • That's absolutely fine.

    You don't need to complete every question or every page.

    Any unanswered questions will simply remain blank and any unused photo spaces will appear empty in your finished book.

    Many parents choose to focus on the memories that matter most to them.

  • Not currently.

    The chapter structure and questions are fixed across all books.

    However, many areas can be personalised. For example, you can customise family member names and titles throughout the book to suit your family.

  • Yes.

    You can generate a watermarked preview of your book to check your content and see how your finished keepsake will look before placing your print order. This is a paid feature - you will have to purchase your book and enter your book code to unlock this feature.

  • Absolutely.

    You can send a gifted Little Love Book directly to the recipient by email.

    You can choose to send it immediately or schedule delivery for a future date, making it perfect for baby showers, new arrivals and special occasions.

    The recipient will receive everything they need to get started.

    You'll receive a confirmation email once your gift has been sent.

    If the recipient can't find their gift email, we recommend checking junk or spam folders first.

  • Don't worry.

    Simply get in touch with us and we'll help you locate your code.

  • Once your book is complete, simply submit it for print. You'll then choose your final book colour and theme before we professionally print and ship your keepsake.

  • If you'd like additional copies of your finished book, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss the options available.

  • Once a book has been submitted for print, we're unfortunately unable to make changes to that specific order.

    This is because your content is automatically processed and prepared for professional printing shortly after submission.

    We strongly recommend reviewing your book carefully using the preview feature before placing your print order.

    If you've already submitted your book and would like to make changes, please get in touch with us. While we can't amend a book that has already entered production, we may be able to offer a discounted reprint so you can create an updated version with your changes.

  • Yes! You can enter promo codes during checkout. Keep an eye out for special promotions via email newsletters or our social media channels.

  • Production takes approximately 2 working days, and shipping times vary by location but are usually between 5-7 working days. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

  • Currently, we ship to the UK and Ireland. International shipping may be possible - please get in touch for more help with this. Remember, our app (which is essential to complete the book) is currently only available on the UK app stores.

  • We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer service team via our live chat or by email at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll be happy to solve the issue with you.

  • Ensure your app is updated to the latest version, and check that you have a stable internet connection. If issues persist, try restarting the app or contacting our support team via our chatbot or [email protected].

  • If you wish to delete your account, please contact our customer support team. Deleting your account will remove all saved data, so be sure to download any completed books beforehand.

  • Absolutely. We take data security seriously and use encryption to protect your information. Your data will never be shared without your consent.

  • No - only you can access your information. If you choose to share your log in detail with family or friends, they will have access and be able to help edit and complete the book. Remember, you can always change your password if you change your mind.
